Famille Rose Green Ground Phoenix Peony Offering Dish

粉彩绿地凤凰牡丹贡盘

Late Qing Dynasty 晚清

11-lobeb lotus-shape of pink rim border inside-out and decorated with the Eight Buddhist Emblems, red and blue peonies surrounding a flying phoenix. Outer dish featuring four-season flowers. Base mark “Ru Yi Ji Xiang” (如意吉祥).

十一叶子莲花形贡盘，粉红沿边内外佛教八宝纹饰，红与蓝牡丹加凤凰飞翔在中间，外四季花纹饰，底款“如意吉祥”。

Rim width: 9.125” / 23.2cm

Base external glaze surface star crack. Close examination indicates that the crack doesn’t affect material structure. It could have caused by the cooling effect after firing process. Slight rim chip
