The balance of the purchase price shall be settled within seven (7) days from the date of auction sale. Succesful bidder shall collect the winning lot within seven (7) days from the date of payment of balance purchase price.
BUYER’S PREMIUM : 10% to be payable in addition to the hammer price for all lots sold All the lots will be sold based on “as is where is” basis.
